一、總體設(shè)計(jì)原則

機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作在PLC程序控制下由先進(jìn)的電子、氣動(dòng)元件相互配合完成，機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單，忽略了所加工產(chǎn)品物料的精度誤差，提高了機(jī)器本身的穩(wěn)定性，具快速、穩(wěn)定、準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn)。彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)加工方式的不足，使原本繁雜的人工作業(yè)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，使生產(chǎn)效率得到成倍提升，產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)得到有力保證。在電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)及制造行業(yè)中，產(chǎn)品輸送是產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中一個(gè)不可缺少的工序，采用傳統(tǒng)的人工作業(yè)方式不但成本投入大，而且品質(zhì)也得不到穩(wěn)定有效的控制，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì)下，采用自動(dòng)化的方式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)已成為一種必然。

1. The warranty period of the equipment is 1 year. During the warranty period, if the accessories are damaged due to our company's reasons, we will come to your company for maintenance free of charge and replace the accessories free of charge; (except vulnerable parts)

2. The Seller shall charge labor fees outside the warranty period for lifelong maintenance of equipment. If the parts need to be replaced due to damage not caused by the seller, the material fee shall be charged for the parts to be replaced.

3. After receiving the fault complaint, the Seller shall respond by telephone, fax and e-mail within 4 hours. Maintenance within 36 hours in Guangdong Province and 72 hours outside Guangdong Province. If the parts need to be replaced, the specific time shall be negotiated by the buyer and the seller separately.

4. Train operators for the user free of charge;

5. Provide corresponding technical data, including machine operation instructions, drawings of mechanism vulnerable parts, circuit diagrams, and PLC program password provided by the seller after the buyer pays the full payment;

6. The following situations are not included in the warranty scope: A. machine vulnerable parts defined by both parties; b. Machine damage caused by earthquake, fire, lightning and other natural disasters and improper operation
